1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Studio Solena's services, booking classes, or visiting our premises, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Studio Solena. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

Studio Solena provides boutique Reformer Pilates classes and related wellness services. Our services include:

• Group Reformer Pilates classes
• Private and semi-private Pilates sessions
• Specialized workshops and events
• Online booking and payment processing
• Wellness consultations and advice

3. Booking and Payment Terms

3.1 Class Packages and Pricing

Studio Solena offers the following class packages:

• All bookings must be made through our official booking platform or authorized channels
• Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified
• You must provide accurate personal and health information during registration
• Bookings are subject to availability and instructor discretion

3.3 Payment and Pricing

• All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and include applicable taxes
• Payment is processed securely through our authorized payment providers
• We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as displayed
• Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice
• Package deals are non-transferable unless explicitly stated

3.4 Cancellation and Refund Policy

• 12-Hour Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before class start time for a full refund or credit
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations within 12 hours will result in forfeiture of payment unless due to medical emergency
• No-Shows: Failure to attend without prior cancellation will result in full charge and no refund
• Package Expiry: Class packages expire according to their specified timeframes and are non-refundable after expiry:
  • Intro Offer: 2 weeks from purchase
  • 5-Class packages: 12 weeks from first booking
  • 10-Class packages: 12 weeks from first booking
  • 15-Class packages: 12 weeks from first booking
• Medical Exemptions: Medical emergencies may be considered for refunds with appropriate documentation

4. Health and Safety Requirements

4.1 Health Disclosures

• You must disclose all relevant health conditions, injuries, and physical limitations
• Pregnant clients must have medical clearance and inform instructors of their pregnancy
• You are responsible for informing instructors of any changes to your health status
• Failure to disclose relevant health information may result in termination of services

4.2 Assumption of Risk

• Participation in Pilates and physical exercise carries inherent risks
• You participate at your own risk and are responsible for your own safety
• You should consult with a healthcare provider before beginning any exercise program
• Studio Solena is not responsible for injuries resulting from your participation

4.3 Safety Guidelines

• Follow all instructor directions and studio safety protocols
• Use equipment properly and report any malfunctions immediately
• Stop exercising if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort
• Maintain appropriate hygiene and health standards

5. Studio Policies and Etiquette

5.1 Arrival and Attendance

• Arrive 10-15 minutes early for your first class for orientation
• Arrive at least 5 minutes early for subsequent classes
• Late arrivals may be refused entry for safety reasons
• Classes begin and end on time regardless of late arrivals

5.2 Dress Code and Equipment

• Wear comfortable, form-fitting athletic attire that allows for movement
• Grip socks are recommended for safety and hygiene
• Bring a water bottle and towel
• Remove jewelry that may interfere with equipment or cause injury

5.3 Studio Conduct

• Maintain a peaceful, respectful environment for all clients
• Mobile phones must be on silent mode and stored away during class
• No photography or recording without explicit permission
• Clean equipment after use and return to designated areas
• Respect other clients' personal space and belongings

6. Liability and Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Studio Solena, its owners, instructors, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Studio Solena from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of our services.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property associated with Studio Solena, including but not limited to class sequences, written materials, and branding, are owned by Studio Solena and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any such content without written permission.

8. Termination of Services

Studio Solena reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other clients or instructors, or is otherwise inappropriate. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
